The inaugural episode of the BTC Unlocked Podcast features BTC Fight Promotions’ Chief Operating Officer Shari Carruthers. Together Shari and Jason look back at BTC Fight's place in the Ontario MMA scene ahead of the promotion's 25th event. Shari also explores how she got into the business, how to run a successful promotion, the status of amateur MMA in Ontario, how the promotion survived through the pandemic, being a female in a conventionally male-dominated industry and much more.
