The Body Snatcher is back! London Ontario’s Jesse Ronson takes on Nordin Asrih at BTC 18. These two MMA vets are two of the best fighters in the world.
Jesse Ronson (21-12) has long been one of Canada’s most feared fighters. He catapulted himself into his 2nd stint with the UFC after his victory at BTC 9: Rampage in February 2020. After being released he has returned to BTC Fight to compete close to home and re-launch his career to looking for more big international opportunities. His first round submission of Troy Lamson in 2020 was one of the most impressive performances of the last several years in the BTC Fight cage. Expect fireworks from the Canadian in his return.
His opponent will be Dusseldorf Germany’s Nordin “Fists of Tangier” Asrih (29-10-1). Currently riding a nine fight win streak, including six finishes, Asrih comes into this bout with a ton of momentum. With finishes on the feet and on the ground the German is dangerous everywhere. He looks to upset the Canadian crowd and get a win against a UFC veteran.
